Krieger has worked with Broad since 2001 to help manage The Broad Foundations investment portfolio—which includes The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation and The Broad Art Foundation—as well as the Broad family’s personal investments. Krieger succeeds Marc A. Schwartz, who is leaving after more than six years with The Broad Foundations to pursue other opportunities. Schwartz played a pivotal role in delivering strong investment performance for The Broad Foundations during his tenure, particularly in the alternative investments asset class.
