Kate El-Hillow serves as President and Chief Investment Officer for Russell Investments, the global investment solutions provider founded in 1936 with $300 billion in assets under management. Based in New York, Kate oversees all aspects of the investment division including asset management, implementation, and research to deliver overall client investment solutions.
