With more than 20 years in the market, Kaspar Mueller is the President of Reinsurance in Latin America at Swiss Re. Mueller started his career as a financial analyst for alternative investments at Swiss Re. Subsequently, he worked for a management consulting firm with insurance and banking clients. Upon rejoining Swiss Re, he spent three years in New York as the Regional Head of Strategy and Operations for the Americas, and then became Swiss Re's Chief Operating Officer for Reinsurance. He has a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Zürich and is a CFA charter holder.
