KC joined NEPC as a Partner and has over thirty years as a business leader. KC is responsible for the NEPC Consulting business, a group of 116 professionals representing all Consulting Practices - Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Insurance, Private Wealth, Endowment & Foundation, Healthcare, Taft Hartley, and Public Funds. As CCO, KC leads high level strategic goals and priorities for NEPC Consulting. KC is a member of the firm’s Executive Team and NEPC’s Management Group. She founded NEPC's Impact Committee in 2013 and the Women's Leadership Forum in 2017 and was instrumental in establishing NEPC's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative in 2018. KC serves as one of eight pa
