June has had a long career in investments. Mrs. Debatin began her investment career at C&S National Bank in 1968 where she was trained and worked in a variety of positions including, security lending, repo-trading and working closely with equity management clients. She started her formal investment consulting career in 1979 at Meidinger, later acquired by William M. Mercer at which point she was made a senior consultant. In 1985 she founded Debatin Associates which she sold in 1991 to Wyatt. She then became Director of International Asset Services for Wyatt Investment Services (now Watson-Wyatt).
