Julie Coleman is a Partner, Deputy General Counsel & Senior Compliance Officer at Brown Advisory. Julie is responsible for managing the Legal team and the U.S. Compliance team. Julie is the Chief Compliance Officer of Brown Advisory Investment Solutions Group, the firm’s private equity and alternative investing business, and serves as the firm’s Corporate Secretary and the Anti-Money Laundering Officer for its U.S. regulated entities. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Julie was the Senior Director of Advisory Services at TRACE International, providing anti-corruption compliance program advice to multinational corporations. Before joining TRACE, Julie was an associate in the New York of
