Julie Loquai, J.D. – originally from Spirit Lake, Iowa, Julie graduated summa cum laude from Mankato State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and thereafter graduated first in her class at Hamline Law School in St. Paul, Minnesota. After law school, Julie clerked for a year with the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and then worked as an attorney editor for West Publishing Company and its successor entities for more than 18 years. Julie is married to Jim, and competes with their cocker spaniels in dog agility.
