Joy Seth is an investment officer on the portfolio completion strategies team at Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board, where he covers systematic global macro strategies. Joy previously worked as a senior investment analyst at the Employees Retirement System of Texas, responsible for building machine learning models and developing options-based strategies. Before that, Joy was a software engineer at Microsoft Corporation. Joy graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle, with a M.Sc. in computational finance and a B.Sc. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Texas, Austin.
