As the Administrative Partner for the Investments & Operations team, Joy is responsible for supporting its day-to-day administrative operations while managing workflows and prioritizing various projects. Prior to joining MCF in 2022, Joy had an extensive career in state government for twelve years, with additional years of experience working at a higher education institution as well as a nonprofit. She studied at Warner Pacific University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Human Resources
