Joslyn loves it when a plan comes together. She envisions the possible and then formulates and implements a plan to achieve the desired results. As a business owner and founder of one of the few women-owned independent investment firms in the region, Joslyn has a strong commitment to leveling the playing field for other women and underrepresented groups. Her first career was teaching music for the School District of Philadelphia. Joslyn’s energy was devoted to developing classroom and performance curricula and working with thousands of students over a period of twenty years.
