Joshua Posner is a Managing Director and General Counsel at Siguler Guff. Mr. Posner provides legal counsel to Siguler Guff in connection with fund offerings, governance and regulatory issues, primary and secondary fund investments, direct investments, and co-investments. Mr. Posner has worked as a corporate transactional and private funds lawyer since 2011. In this capacity, he has advised sponsors of private equity funds on their fund offerings and operations, as well as on regulatory compliance and governance matters. Mr. Posner has also represented institutional investors and fund sponsors in negotiating direct and secondary fund investments, credit investments and real estate investment
