Josh partners with Scott McLeod to help implement the firm’s strategic vision and ensure continuity of leadership. As the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, Josh is responsible for making sure that the investment process runs smoothly. As the firm's Chief Compliance Officer, he strives to help the firm meet its fiduciary and regulatory responsibilities. The greatest joy in Josh’s life is spending time with his family. Josh and his high school sweetheart, Laura, have five grown children (three sons and two daughters) and three grandchildren. Homeschooling all five children allowed the family to pile into their minivan and take many trips throughout the United States. Fun Fact: Josh collects cof
