Josh focuses primarily on distressed debt and special situations. Prior to joining Baupost in 2002, Josh was an analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, the group that invested the series of Whitehall investment funds. Josh is a CFA charterholder and graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University. He is on the Board of Directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay and is a Trustee of Deerfield Academy.
