Mr. Sullivan joined DMS in 2012. Prior to joining DMS, Mr. Sullivan was the Controller for the Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics global business unit where he was responsible for all financial reporting and transactional accounting processes. He also practiced public accounting for over 6 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a manager in the Audit and Assurance practice with clients primarily in the financial services and banking industries. Mr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Memphis with B.B.A degree in Business Administration and MBA.
