Joe graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Joe obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the CFP Board in 1999. He also earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations through the American College of Financial Services.
