As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner, a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Charter Financial Consultant, he practices with ethics and integrity and provides unbiased strategies to fit his clients’ unique needs. Joe received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in May 1964 and began his military service as a second lieutenant in September of that same year.
