Joseph Montz graduated from Louisiana State University in 1982 with a BS in Accounting. After graduation he worked for The Office of Legislative Auditors in Baton Rouge, LA. Joe began his financial planning career in 1987 as a fee-based planner with CIGNA Financial Services. In 1994 he opened Louisiana Medical Associates and began working exclusively with physicians. As he expanded his business to a national level, his current company, Physicians Resource Group, was formed. Joe, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
