Dr. Julian's experience includes working on structuring and capital formation of the real estate industry having participated in more than 3 million square feet of commercial real estate across the entire risk-return spectrum in multiple product types and geographies. Joseph is a member of the investment committee and portfolio management team, as well as being involved in product development, and investment selection for the firm's institutional clients.
