Mr. Cullen joined the Office of Investment Management as the Chief Investment Officer in 2019. Prior to joining Penn State, Joe was the Chief Investment Officer at the Montana Board of Investments. Joe has also held investment positions at Fidelity Investments, Amherst College, and Lucent Technologies, accumulating over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. He earned his BA at Ripon College and his MBA at Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Joe is a CFA charterholder, CAIA charterholder, and a Financial Risk Manager - Certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
