As a partner and the Chair of the Litigation Practice Group at Hemenway & Barnes, Joe specializes in complex fiduciary, probate and business litigation matters. Joe also counsels clients on estate planning, including wills and trusts. He serves as an officer of Hemenway Trust Company LLC of New Hampshire, and is available to consult with clients on managing personal and family wealth. Joe has particular expertise representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested trust and estate matters. Currently, he is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) as well as a co-chair of the Trusts and Estates Steering Committee of the Boston Bar Association. Previously
