Joni began her career at American Express and transitioned to Smith Barney where she spent her entire 30 year career until forming Wealth Planning and Design with her father, Len. She achieved the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2009 and completed the coursework for the designation of Certified Kingdom Advisor through Kingdom Advisors in 2010, and her MBA in Personal Financial Planning in 2017. Joni has a passion to help individuals gain confidence and clarity through wealth management and planning.
