Jon is a Partner and co-portfolio manager for the Firm’s co-investment funds and maintains broader activities throughout the investment function. Jon is a member of the Investment Committee for the co-investment strategy. He has been involved in the private equity industry since 2006. Prior to joining RCP, Jon worked at Madison Capital Funding, Lincolnshire Management, and Henry Crown & Company. Jon received a BS in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
