John F. Woods joined Citizens Financial Group, Inc. in February 2017 and assumed the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2017. He was named a Vice Chair of the bank in February 2019. As Chief Financial Officer, he has responsibility for our Financial Planning, Controller, Investor Relations, Strategy and Corporate Development, Treasury, business line finance, and Property and Procurement groups.
