Mr. Ruggieri joined Pathway in 2010 and is a director in the Rhode Island office. His responsibilities include investment analysis and conducting due diligence on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments; investment monitoring; performance analysis; negotiating and reviewing investment vehicle documents; client reporting; and client servicing. He is a member of Pathway’s co-investment team, as well as co-head of ESG and a member of the ESG Committee.
