John P. LeNeau, CFA, is the Head of Private Equity Real Estate at Thrivent Financial. He has extensive experience in both areas of debt and commercial real estate equity investments. His career spans more than twenty-five years in fixed income where he has invested over $3.0 billion in CRE mortgages within the southeastern portion of the United States.
