He graduated from Augustana College with a degree in business and has gone on to earn his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant™ (ChFC®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC®), Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ (AWMA™)  certifications, is a Chartered Life Underwriter, has passed the FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams, and is licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance.
