John Ehrenkranz is a partner and joined the firm in 2004. Previously, John was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, the independent private equity investment group of Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 1996, John was in Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisitions Department. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Brown University and his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. John serves as a Trustee of Brown University, Treasurer of the Board of New York Cares, a member of the Board of the New York Genome Center, and a member of the Board of Advisors at the Hospital for S
