I am a strong leader with a proven track record of driving strategic change in an organisation. With the benefit of a very strong backround in all aspects of Banking, especially relationship management and corporate lending roles, I have consistently undertaken more senior roles involving strong leadership and team building skills. I am currently a member of the GB Senior Management team, my role involves the development and rollout of the new strategic model Allied Irish Bank (GB).
