John is involved in manager selection, due diligence and asset allocation for the Foundation’s assets. He covers all asset classes and specializes in hedge-fund investing strategies. In his previous role, John was the Director of Investments for Sony Corporation of America where he was responsible for the management, strategy, and governance of Sony’s 401(k) plan, and affiliate DB/DC plans. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the retirement industry. Prior to that he spent 19 years at General Motors Asset Management where he held various roles including Director of Client Investor Services.
