President and Owner of ECM since 2012, John is responsible for leading investment strategy, portfolio management, advising, and operations. He also leads client relationships, new business development, and is responsible for long term strategic initiatives. As a general partner of $300M+ multifamily and mixed-used real estate assets, John provides financial and strategic advice for projects and businesses. Prior to ECM, John worked as a research analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland in New York.
