Joelle has been with the JCF since 2000 and has primary responsibility for developing, managing and reporting on all systems providing financial and investment information. Joelle received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McGill University and obtained her CA (now CPA) designation in 1983. Prior to joining the JCF, Joelle was a senior manager at a Big Four international accounting firm.
