Joe joined Gresham House in September 2022 and is an Investment Director in the Forestry team. His 30-year career spans forestry, manufacturing, energy and technology. With some short spells in the Public Sector, he has spent most of his career in StartUp and Scaling businesses. Having sold a bioenergy business to a multi-disciplinary energy company in 2014 he set up and ran its solar and biomass division. In 2016, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer for the Group, with responsibility for EBITDA growth across the energy trading, power marketing, asset management and energy solutions businesses as well as developing a pipeline of pre-qualified development opportunities in offshore wi
