Joanne joined Bailard in 2021 as a Senior Vice President, Investment Counselor, and Portfolio Manager. In her role as an Investment Counselor, her responsibilities include developing and implementing investment strategies for individual clients and maintaining client relationships. In her role, Joanne manages her clients’ quality growth equity portfolios with attention to income tax consequences and ESG issues. Prior to Bailard, Joanne was a Senior Vice President and a Managing Director with Allianz Global Investors, which she joined in 1992.
