As Chief Operations Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and a co-founding member of LSIA, Joann oversees the firm’s operations and trading, striving to give every client an exceptional experience with our firm, and helps ensure LSIA meets its legal and federal regulatory requirements. She also oversees the administration of LSIA’s Milwaukee office and is directly responsible for daily office operations, and administrative staff supervision. Joann also leads LSIA’s Trading Oversight Committee, a group established to review and monitor the firm’s trading practices.
