JoAnn has been in the wealth management and investment business since 2000. In the past, she has co-owned her own firm and held senior roles at independent, boutique investment firms. JoAnn serves on the boards of Openlands (Immediate Past Chair), The International Women's Forum (President Elect), and was recently on the boards of The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and The Fortnightly of Chicago, founded in 1873. JoAnn was recognized in 2022 as a Notable Non-Profit Board Leader in Crain’s Chicago Business. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and was a co-founder of Smartfarms.org.
