Mr. Steinbugl joined the Office of Investment Management in 2019. Prior to joining the Penn State team, Jim spent more than twelve years at the Johns Hopkins University Investment Office. Mr. Steinbugl holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State, and is a Charterholder of both the CFA and CAIA designations.
