Jeremy Duksin is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Baird’s Global GP Solutions group, a business area within the firm’s Global Investment Bank. Baird GPS is a private capital markets business providing advice to financial sponsors in GP-led secondary transactions and direct placements. Prior to joining Baird in 2023 Jeremy was Global Head of Capital Solutions at Credit Suisse, where he had worked since 2010. Earlier in his career Jeremy spent seven years with Lehman Brothers working in the firm’s Investment Banking, Investment Management and Principal Investing divisions.
