Jennifer serves as the chief financial officer and is responsible for the financial affairs of the UNC System and the finance and business affairs of the UNC System Office. In this role, she has primary responsibility for the development and execution of the UNC System’s unified budget, tuition and fees, capital construction, real estate, debt management, human resources, information technology, investments, efficiency and effectiveness initiatives, economic and financial analysis, and the business services of the System Office.
