Jennifer assists the Legal Team with compliance and investment management regulatory obligations. Prior to joining Adams Street, she worked as an attorney at Vedder Price P.C. in Chicago, focused on investment management regulation. In this role, she provided clients with advice regarding issues arising under the federal securities laws, particularly the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Jennifer has experience developing and maintaining investment adviser compliance programs and handling regulatory filings.
