Jen is responsible for asset management of the retail and Opportunity Zone investments of Chestnut Funds. Jen's primary responsibilities are monitoring performance of the funds' investments, interfacing with property managers and partners to ensure investment strategies are implemented, managing development projects, and coordinating on all leasing related matters. In addition, Jen is also involved in investment due diligence. Jen’s background includes significant experience managing development projects at Hutton, a Chattanooga-based fully integrated commercial real estate firm.
