Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College in 1997 and then participated in graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University studying business management. He is a Certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Financial Consultant, and a member of the Financial Planning Association. Jeffrey began his career with MAMSI Health Plans in 1999 working with small businesses to adapt and implement benefit packages for their employees.
