Jeff Silverman is a senior client portfolio manager at Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions. He is responsible for developing multi-strategy investment solutions for institutional clients, especially those focusing on or incorporating quantitative strategies. Prior to Franklin Templeton, Mr. Silverman was the president and head of business development for AlphaParity, LLC, a risk premia investment firm that was sold to Franklin Templeton Investments.
