Jeff is a member of the Office of the CIO, responsible for all aspects of the firm’s investment process, portfolio construction, and implementation in client portfolios. He serves on the firm's Executive Committee, charged with setting firm strategy, and overseeing the management of day-to-day operations. Jeff is responsible for assessing, coordinating and communicating Strategic's economic, capital markets, investment strategy and management outlook. He works closely with investment, research, and analytical staff in developing, integrating and implementing investment policy for the firm's clients.
