Prior to founding Vigilant, Jeff was a Vice President of Fleet Private Clients Group, where he worked exclusively with high-net-worth clients. Previously, he was an attorney at Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios in Portland, Maine. He is a graduate of Chase Manhattan Bank’s Management Training Program.
