Jean joined UTAM in 2018 and has more than 20 years of investment experience. He plays a key role in UTAM’s investment activities, overseeing all private markets investment portfolios (except private credit). Within these portfolios, Jean leads portfolio construction, investment strategy and monitoring. Prior to joining UTAM, Jean was a Managing Director at Further Capital, where he led manager origination and diligence activities. Previously, he was a partner and senior investment professional at Caledon Capital Management Inc., a business he co-founded and helped build into a successful private markets investment firm.
