Prior to founding Grey Street Capital, Jay spent 17 years with Goldman Sachs & Co., both in New York and Chicago. At Goldman, Jay led a team of seven, managing over $3 billion in assets for wealthy individuals, families, private foundations, and endowments. Before his position at Goldman Sachs, Jay worked for Schroder Capital Management in New York as the lead institutional marketer for endowments and Taft Hartley Plans. During his time there, Jay also helped to develop Schroder’s entrance into alternative investments, working with family offices nationwide. Jay graduated from the Eli Broad Business School at Michigan State University with a BA in Economics. He is an advisory board me
