Jay Padayatchi is a founder and executive director of Meago. He has been co-managing the Meago suite of listed property funds since the company's inception in 2005. He is the portfolio manager of the Meago Enhanced Global Property Prescient Fund. He began his career at Grinaker Property Development before moving into the asset management field, where he played a key role in launching the Stanlib suite of listed property unit trusts. Throughout his career he gained extensive experience in both South African and global listed real estate investments. He has won several awards.
