Jay is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting and treasury functions. He also works extensively with the firm’s private equity team and helps manage the family office services team. Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Jay worked for Deloitte & Touché, LLP as an auditor and for Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. in their external reporting and compliance department. Jay earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi College and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
