Prior to joining TRG in March 2010, Mr. Cohen was an attorney in the Investment Management Group at Seward & Kissel LLP where he advised sponsors and managers of various private investment funds and other pooled investment vehicles, including private equity funds, hedge funds, funds of funds, and commodity pools. Prior to that he worked in Marsh McLennan’s Financial & Professional (FINPRO) Group, developing and implementing risk management solutions for clients with executive, director, organizational, professional, fiduciary, employment, and media liability exposures.
