Jason Platzer is a member of the Commonfund OCIO Investment team and is primarily responsible for asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager sourcing, rebalancing, due diligence, and investment monitoring and reporting for equity portfolios. Jason began his career as a private capital accountant for CF Private Equity before working as a fund accountant on the Operations team. He then spent many years working in a hybrid role at the intersection of hedge funds, quantitative research and analytics, and risk management. Jason holds a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude and an MBA in Finance with Distinction, both from Mercy College. He also holds an MSc in History (with Merit) from The Univ
